What is the status of my online order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our courier's website to monitor your delivery's progress.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, endota spa ships exclusively within Australia and New Zealand. We are working on expanding our reach to bring our wellness products to more global locations soon.
What is your return policy for skincare products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened unless they are faulty.
Are endota spa products tested on animals?
No, we are proudly cruelty-free. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, and we ensure our suppliers adhere to the same ethical standards.
How can I redeem a digital gift card?
Digital gift cards can be redeemed online at checkout by entering the unique code in the 'Gift Card' field, or presented in-spa at any of our locations across Australia.
